Vitallow in your deep fryer… you can leave it in place. Once it cools, the tallow will harden. Simply cover the fryer with its lid and store it. When you heat the fryer again, the tallow will melt and be ready for use.
Not only does Vitallow last much longer than regular cooking oil, but it also absorbs fewer flavours and particles. This means cleaner frying for longer.
Alternatively, you can strain and pour the tallow back into a container after each use and store it in the fridge, where it will remain good for months.
